When you come across a product you’re interested in, read the description, and check the images. If satisfied, click add to cart. You may proceed to the checkout page by clicking the checkout icon on the menu bar. You will be requested for your billing, shipping information, and credit card details. Once your order is completed you will be notified via email. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving and processing your order. They will usually arrive at your door step within 3 to 5 days. We currently ship orders on a standard shipping basis using UPS or FedEx. We do not yet provide expedited shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Standard UPS and FedEx rates will be applied. You may get a refund for cancelled orders and orders returned due to defects or wrong description. We only accept returns for defective or wrongly described products. The customer may return a product within 14 days of receiving it. As that is deemed enough time to notice any discrepancies or defects. The returned product may be exchanged for a new one or a total or partial refund issued. The product must be returned sealed in the original package that it arrived in and sent to the return address communicated to you via email.
